The search for Somnio Numero Dos is officially underway. Lee and I saw 2 nice big attached apartments on Gran Via today. The price is ridiculously right, but there would be a lot of construction required, and we're not sure we could ever get it up to code. It's encouraging that there's a lot of supply out there and that owners are getting pretty desperate to make deals no matter the price or circumstances. I'll keep you all posted on any progress we make!
