Okay, so we just got the word that the place we looked at the other day is a go. Well at least the owner is okay with it. Now we've just got to get an architect, a lawyer, approval from town hall, a corporate entity, a bank account, and a few euros to put in it, to name a few things. We were pretty jazzed about the place a few hours ago (The building is an architectural site listed in both TimeOut and Let's Go as a place to visit....Casa Comalat by by Salvador Valleri i Pupurull anyone??), but now the reality is settling in. Well all right, we're still jazzed, but it's more of a nervous energy than anything. Plus, we're used to hearing a lot of no's so I think we still don't want to get our hopes up. We'll keep you posted on how it all turns out!
